Only had unsweetened chocolate in the house, but thanks to the handy dandy substitution chart in the Better Homes and Gardens cookbook, I knew to add 1 Tbsp sugar for every ounce of chocolate. They are in the oven now. . . but had to review early because the batter from the beaters ..."

This was soooo good. I had some leftover pulled pork that I had made in the slow cooker with just onions and Mojo sauce, and followed the recipe exactly from there. I loved it with the pickled onions, and poured a little of the brine in there for some tanginess.
Also, I couldn't find "ancho" peppers in my store; "
"VERY TASTY! Eating it right now. This recipe takes a lot of prep time, but once everything is chopped up, it's fairly easy to put together. I used turkey sausage instead of pork, and added a bit more oil to make up for the lost fat. other than that followed the recipe to a tee."
