"I made this for my italian step dad, who loves italian cuisine. I learned a lot from him and my mom. I wanted to bring some Tuscany flair to the dessert portion of the meal. I couldn't get the amaretti cookies, so I went on the cheap a bit and used Stella Doro cookie. It was a hit, thank you for a new a simple, yet very well executed recipe. "

Dude, these were tasty. I didn't have Muenster, so I incorporated gruyere. The crispy edges of the salami and mort and the melted cheese created a unique flavor. The saltiness of the chip and the spice of the mustard worked well with the meat. I too added a dill chip. If you're looking for a different way to serve sliders, this is it.

"I gave this one 5 stars because of it's sheer simplicity, taste and the amount of servings you get from each roll. I used big basil leaves to layout on the sausage and added 6-7 leaves per roll. "I was a bit skeptical on how these were going to taste. I found out they had great smokey and sweet flavor. The garlic was a nice touch to the glaze - very simple to make.
