"I made this for my italian step dad, who loves italian cuisine. I learned a lot from him and my mom. I wanted to bring some Tuscany flair to the dessert portion of the meal. I couldn't get the amaretti cookies, so I went on the cheap a bit and used Stella Doro cookie. It was a hit, thank you for a new a simple, yet very well executed recipe. "

“Dude, these were tasty. I didn't have Muenster, so I incorporated gruyere. The crispy edges of the salami and mort and the melted cheese created a unique flavor. The saltiness of the chip and the spice of the mustard worked well with the meat. I too added a dill chip. If you're looking for a different way to serve sliders, this is it. ”
"Only made the cakes and the glaze. Wow, great flavor of the crab and seasoning in the cake, the glaze is the unsung hero in this dish - I can't say enough about this one. A must have on Christmas Eve."
"After making the shrimp cocktail via seasoned boiled water.....I don't think I will be making it with any other technique for the Christmas Holiday. Very simple, very flavorful and very delicious. It had a flavor you would experience at a high-end restaurant. This appetizer made me the King Shrimp! Thanks Emeril."
"I made this for Christmas Eve dinner 2012 to compliment the several fish dishes I made to bring back family tradition. I read some previous reviews and I am surprised of some which noted the lack of flavor or over the top flavor. I made this according to the instructions and it was perfect. The lemon and basil were excellent!"
"I gave this one 5 stars because of it's sheer simplicity, taste and the amount of servings you get from each roll. I used big basil leaves to layout on the sausage and added 6-7 leaves per roll. I used a mix of sweet and hot sausage. The parmesan cheese was a nice touch. Easy, and we'll definitely make again. This is a great recipe for anyone "
"Very very good! The flavor is perfect; you can taste the onion, cooked tomato and a hint of the tartness from the vinegar. My wife was responsible for bringing the appetizers to an after work party for the holidays....I chose this recipe to accompany two others. These crostini's were a hit! There were no leftovers. Instead of using traditional"
"I only made the chutney to go as a side with our Turkey. All I can say is that this cranberry chutney will be a staple in every Thanksgiving Dinner going forward....it was the bomb. No more regular cranberry sauce in the can with our yearly bird. Follow it as directed...you will love it."
"The sweet potato and the andouille sausage married in the same recipe for a soup - I wish I had thought of this combo. Creamy, a bit of spice with the roasted taste of the potatoes create a perfect flavor in every spoonful. Getting the sausage down to a crumbled state is the key - since andouille has a flavor all of its own, don't worry about usi"
"Very good! I didn't prepare this exactly as stated. I didn't use the tomatoes in the way Emeril did, however, I added all the optional herbs and it enhanced the salad perfectly. The vinaigrette was great. "
"I am a big fan of Chorizo. The heat and spice make it very versatile for all types of dishes. Its a hit in this dish. Made these as an appetizer. The avocado cream evens out the heat and gives the sandwich a creamy texture in every bite. I like to make mine a bit crispy on the top and bottom - the crunch, the heat and the creamy avocado taste"
"My first Aarti recipe and I thought these were really good. I love her take on the Lebanese meat pie. The toasted pine nuts were a great addition and provided the right amount of nutty flavor and accompanied the garam masala well in the mixture. A little olive oil on each is recommended and I would heed the instruction. I had 2 - 3 that I brus"
"The combination of the beans and garlic was excellent. I too, added a bit more garlic to kick it up a notch. Super creamy. I could taste the bean and the garlic in each spoonful - the extra cloves of the garlic did not take away from the taste of the beans. Rinsing the beans really well is key to bring out the very best in the cannellini's. V"
"Excellent creamy Creole taste, I used Chorizo Sausage as well - it adds that bit of spice and it releases that great mexican sausage flavor into the sauce. I used a bit more sausage than the 4 ounces specified in the recipe. I took the sausage out of the casings, however, I didn't dice them - I gave them a rough chop and then broke them into sma"
"Excellent taste of the carrot and ginger. This soup gives the impression and taste that you put a lot of work into this dish. Creamy texture and full of flavor. I followed the recipe to its specifications - masterpiece! Next time, I will leave a few 1 -2 inch pieces of carrots in the soup rather than puree them all with the immersion blender."
"I normally candy or glaze my carrots with brown sugar, etc., however, the ginger ale did a great job forming into the glaze. These were darn good. I added slice onion as an extra option and my wife who is not a real fan of carrots absolutely loved them - I guess the ginger made the difference after all."
"The salsa is awesome! A little work to get it to completion, however, worth every minute. The star to me in this dish was the apricot preserve glaze - Wow. It sounded a bit strange for this dish but it fits right in there and adds a nice flavor to the sausage and the salsa. My wife raved about this dish to family and friends.....I wonder if she"
"Great ingredients to obtain the perfect asian style flavors in the sauce and the stir fry for the lettuce cups. I did add a bit more of the chili sauce for more kick/heat. All the flavors marry perfectly - this dish has every right to have "Asian" in its name! Slam dunk! "
"I was a bit skeptical on how these were going to taste. I found out they had great smokey and sweet flavor. The garlic was a nice touch to the glaze - very simple to make. Keeping the corn husks together securely was a little challenge after pulling them back to add the glaze. Next time, I will wrap in tin foil to trap in the juices and flavor."
"Holy Habanero this is awesome salsa! Perfect flavor; the pineapple, habanero and ginger are individual stars as well as partners in this salsa. I used 1/2 of a habanero and it provided just the right amount of heat/warmth to the salsa. The red and green onions are a nice compliment. You must grill the pineapple chunks to replicate the greatness "
"The FN kitchens nailed the flavors of this stuffed shrimp. I bought 8 colossal shrimp and followed the recipe to its direct specifications - Wow, great flavor. The cilantro is evident yet not overpowering. I thought the lime marinade was a great addition, however, I would recommend more time than 30 minutes, perhaps and an hour for the flavor t"
