"I finally found a great start to good chili!!! Watched the video over and over and read VioletScope's rendition of the process. Well here's what I came up with:

1.75 lbs Ground Beef
15oz Can Tomato Sauce
1/4 Cup Dark Chili Powder
1/4 Cup Ancho chili powder
3 T Paprika
1 Large White Onion, Diced
1/8 Cup Freshly Pureed Garlic
2 T Cumin
