"Alton - you've done it again!! This is by far, the BEST onion dip I've ever tasted! Caramelizing the onions added a layer of sweetness you don't get in packaged dips. "Made this following the recipe exactly and it was awesome! It got even better when I used a graham cracker crust instead of pastry, and then added the whole 8 oz container of light whipped topping. The pie got even fluffier and more mousse-like. Will be a staple on my menu!!!"
