"Tasty? What did you think?
I think I will be serving this at the club this week. Possibly topped with a few fried calamari on the top of each lettuce wrap. "

About Me

I have been in the industery and a Chef for 41 years. I work at Terra Vita Golf and Country Club. For fun I like to fish, hike, and hunt. I am passionet about farm food, how we grow and harvest means flavor and health. I really hate food trends, glutin free, no carbs, vegan, anti corn products, no butter or cream, AGGHH. Stay as close to natural as possible and you will be healthy. Don't eat processed or fast food and you can have all all of the above. I Love to cook beacuse it brings us closer together. Whether you are from different parts of the world or with your family food brings us together. Civilization started around a fire sharing food, we are the care takers of civilization.

Favorite Foods

After all these years I like simple country food whether its ramen, or fried chicken, or curry, what comes from the country, no matter THE country it is usually from the heart and made with love for those we love. Heck I make the best bar/dinner food around. Once again simple but do it right and put love and excitement into it. My favorite restaurant is my home kitchen. But will go out for any food that is made by mom and pop doing what comes from the heart. Example The Wild Tiger in Phoenix AZ. Alashon is the wonderful owner her and her family are from Thailand. When you go in Mom, Dad, Aunts, Uncles, Cousins are all turning out the most authentic Thai food in the city. I don't care about the style of food just the passion that goes into it.
