Reviewed the spaniard's cocktail of shrimp

Monday 8 days ago on FoodNetwork.com

Authentico! For all you snobs out there screaming about using Fanta orange soda; hate to tell ya; but that IS 100% authentic for many states in Mexico. TRY it BEFORE you knock it. Not everything has to be flaming hot; just very flavorful. I have made other Mexican shrimp cocktail recipes, and my Mexican bf suggested adding orange soda; that's the...

Glad to hear someone else comment on the poor print version of recipes. I HATE all the ink it takes to print one recipe as you cannot eliminate pictures and other trash as in the past. They had a nice B&W print version with just a small logo. Now, it discourages me from looking at recipe, knowing how much it is going to cost me to print.

This was super easy and delicious. I have made it twice; once with fresh basil and once with a sprinkling of dried sweet basil; both were equally delicious. I used Johnsonville Italian Mild Sausage, and loved the seasoning. This is my favorite pasta sauce now!!

"Glad I read the first review; had to go back and re-watch the show to see when to add the yeast. You add it after adding the milk.
Per the show; she put the sugar into a bowl, then poured in the scalded milk, followed by yeast, lemon extract, salt, eggs and flour, and mixed by hand. Someone needs to correct the recipe directions so everyone sees i"

This was good, but I added 1/2 tsp. of black pepper with the salt. Try that if you are one that thinks it is a little bland. You can also make it with 2 Tbs. olive oil in place of the butter, which will give better left overs.

they are still not printable in a user friendly format; sometimes you get print over print, but always get the www. site associated with the "red" words; MAKES IT VERY DIFFICULT TO USE AND READ RECIPES. FOODNETWORK NEEDS TO FIX. PRINT IS WASTEFUL AND NOT USER FRIENDLY. TRASHY.

AS STATED ABOVE; THE LARGE RED PRINT RECIPE BUTTON DOES NOT PRODUCE A USER FRIENDLY PRINT. One version has print over print on the "preview" and the actual print, when not print over print, prints out every www. website associated with the words in red in the original recipe. FOODNETWORK NEEDS TO FIX THIS. OTHER COMMENTS ARE CORRECT. STOP BEING CONDESCENDING...

This is not the cake she made, since it is without the "secret" icing; that is what makes it different from all the other recipes on this site. VERY disappointed that the whole recipe was not posted. Most people do not live near her bakery, so what is the big deal?? It's not like it would take business from her. Very selfish, in my opinion. If you...
