"These were really delicious and so easy to make! I scooped the the ice cream into hollowed out orange halves for a pretty presentation! ""
"very delicious and very easy. Good one Claire keept it coming."
"I've got to admit I was really nervous about dumping so much oil into the pot but Shoprite had a sale so I decided to give it a go. I was not disappointed. The fish was moist and delicious! Tasted exactly like something I would order in a high end restaurant. Chef Anne really knows her stuff!!

"Delicious flavor and nutty taste. toasting the quinoa really brings out the flovor. I substituted craisens instead of the raisens and swapped pecans for the pine nuts. I also used lemon flavored olive oil. A tasty, healthy side dish.
"This was ok but not worth the effort I think. Plain baked sweet potatoes are just as good, if you want you can add the pecans and brown sugar on top of a regular baked sweet potato that was the only redeeming factor.
