"Very nice cookie but I had to add extra butter and I melted it and poured it in to the bowl as I was mixing it. I wish that it was not as sweet, but I still think it is a good Lemony cookie which is what my husband loves. "
"This is not worth even printing out. I had to throw out the entire pan. Obviously there are some things missing in the recipe."

The nutritional facts on this recipe appear to be extremely high in fat and salt and too low on protine. Are the nutritional info given correct?
Thank you. I haven't save it yet because of those amounts."
"Baked stuffed lobster filled with lobster stuffing.
It was at a small "home" off the main streets in Massachussetts."
I love to cook. Now retired from a very large energy corporation as a customer service rep. so now I have lots more time to play with our food. I enjoy making most of our bread and my favorite cookbook for that is by Dorothy Casella circa 1968. It is a wonderful book. Look for it in used book shops or on Amazon, etc. I have purchased three or four of them for family and friends. I enjoy all ethnic forms of cooking. Having added curry most recently and I have three different types now in the spice rack. I find it a bit strong, so I tend to cut back a bit on the amount I add to recipes. Love all forms of cooking. I don't do a lot of desserts anymore though as we are becoming the shape of an apple. :-
Seafood has to be #1
All Ethnic Cooking of main dish meals, salads and breads. I have been doing Asian cooking now for about 30 years and make all my own sauces. Make them up for family members and friends too. I crave Mexican foods and make up my own version of their recipes. I find that I cannot leave any recipe alone. I always find something to tweak it a bit. That is the fun of it, I think.
All ethnic foods. I love making my own bread with recipes from Delores Casella's A World Of Breads Published in 1966. Still the best bread cookbook I've ever found.
