"Good recipe. It's quick and easy. I haven't made too many soups so I don't have much to compare it to. I will say that you need to double up on the broth if you plan on having leftovers. The veggies soak up the broth by the time you go to reheat it the next day. Leave the noodles out until you're ready to eat. I've made this a few times and enjoy ""

"When we make meatloaf it has to be Ina's recipe. My husband says it's the best he's ever had. I don't use as much onion as the recipe calls for. The first time I made this recipe I used the amount of onion it called for and it was way too much. Other than that- very good! I definitely recommend fresh herbs instead of dry. :)""
