"I have never made Indian cuisine before and my husband, having traveled there many times, is not a big fan. However, when I saw Arti's show today, I thought this might be a safe place for me to start...and it was. Although I thought there were a lot of steps, none of them were particularly difficult. It turned out perfectly delicious and even my doubting husband cleaned his plate and said he loved it! I'm glad I threw caution to the wind and tried it. I also made the cauliflower and potato dish with it and we loved it as well. I was able to find all of the ingredients except the garam masala, but it was a quick "bing" search and I easily found how to make it myself. It was quite an adventure...but worth the trip! My husband was impressed!"
