"I'm a surprised no one has rated this recipe yet. I logged on to pull this recipe to make it tonight for the 3rd time. You really should try it. It's easy and the fish turns out really moist and flavorful. Don't be afraid of the salt. The fish does not taste salty at all. My husband says, "honey, I'd pay for that in a restaurant any day". It's so "
"Wonderful...You have to try this! My husband was excited to see me take pork chops out of the freezer for dinner but quickly became unhappy when he saw me with a printed recipe in hand. He even said, "what are you doing with a recipe? Can't we just have regular fried pork chops like you usually make?". I just said a simple "no" and kept on moving"
"Fun and delish!!! I've always been afraid of cooking tuna...but this looked easy enough. It was easy and impressive to my family. The real manic was in the prep of the lemons. Do not skip that step. I was really surprised at how much cooking them changed the flavor. I will make again!""
"Loved this for a change! I only had two traditional ways that I always made asparagus. Good but boring. I was glad to see a new possibility. This is now my favorite! And my family loved it too! I didn't change a thing. ""
"Really good and slightly different! I make corned beef and cabbage every year for St. Patty's day and it's always good, but the same ole thing. The changes in this version really kicked it up a notch! The beer and the garlic were an awesome addition to the broth and the cooking time was perfect. Very tender and not dry. With the proper liquid, I d""
"I made this for my Super Bowl party and didn't tell anyone it was a "makeover" lower cal/fat version. Even my husband that doesn't like dessert liked this! I got rave reviews! Thanks Bobby, for helping me enjoy food and stay on my diet goals!""
"I have to say...my husband said this was the best stew he ever had! My son loved it as well. The next day after serving this for dinner, I got a text from my husband saying they were still talking about how delicious this was. As for the bitter beer comments...my store was out of Guinness so with a little research on my iPhone, I came up with Ying""
"I tried this tonight along with the main dish from today's show the Chicken Tikka Masala. Both were excellent! (I did leave a review of the chicken dish on it's site) This was simple and more delicious than I thought it would be. My husband, that is not a big fan of Indian food loved it and had seconds! Thanks!"
"I have never made Indian cuisine before and my husband, having traveled there many times, is not a big fan. However, when I saw Arti's show today, I thought this might be a safe place for me to start...and it was. Although I thought there were a lot of steps, none of them were particularly difficult. It turned out perfectly delicious and even my doubting husband cleaned his plate and said he loved it! I'm glad I threw caution to the wind and tried it. I also made the cauliflower and potato dish with it and we loved it as well. I was able to find all of the ingredients except the garam masala, but it was a quick "bing" search and I easily found how to make it myself. It was quite an adventure...but worth the trip! My husband was impressed!"
