"These look intriguing on the show, so I tried them. I found it difficult to form the balls as the dough wanted to fall apart. They also wanted to fall apart when I pushed them into discs. They tasted great, but seemed very dry -- like a savory sandie.

The next time I made them, I added one beaten egg. It made the dough so much easier to work ""
