"Absolutely fantastic. It was the best Pork Tenderloin I have ever had. I do not like cilantro, so I used Parsley instead. Also, the dried fruit was so expensive here that I omitted it. The combination of the Tenderloin, Mustard Fruit and Arugula was amazing. I also made the braised cabbage. Would make it again in a heartbeat. I saved the leftovers"

"Excellent flavor. This recipe didn't say when to add the cabbage. So, I added it after I added the beer. I was able to find the IPA beer. For those who don't know what IPA is, it is Indian Pale Beer. I used the one that was made in the US. "
