"Good, healthy soup. I bulked up on the veggies adding celery and zucchini. I also added garlic when cooking the turkey, because I love garlic. I didn't have herbs de provence so I used Italian seasoning since it had most of the same herbs in it. I didn't have kale on hand so I used spinach instead. Turned out great for this first day of snow fall.""
"Loved the flavors. I used more tomatoes & garlic then recommended and I only had dried basil. Next time I will use no beans or navy beans. The husband and my daughter were not fans of the beans, they were a little dry. Overall though everyone loved it. ""
"I just thought this was okay. I think it would be better with just half the clams. Just my personal preference though. I used the Amy soup recommended and I thought the soup was awesome just by itself. I also sauteed some chopped onions and celery in spray oil first before adding everything else. ""
