"I made all three items from this episode. I loved it all! I cheated on this one and used store bought fresh pizza dough (not the pop-can type) and it was still amazing! Making the dough from scratch would only improve on this already amazing dish. Figs are not currently in season (another month or so) so I used very thinly sliced dried Figs. "
