"This is the first of Bobby's recipes that I have made. It is awesome! Two small changes - (1 I toasted the baguette in the toaster oven; and (2 I only used shredded Gruyere cheese. I will be making this recipe again and again. Thanks Bobby! "
"This is my first time making an Anne Burrell recipe, but it will not be my last. According to my son, this recipe should receive "5 million stars". This dish is awesome!!!! I couldn't find Jerusalem artichokes at the store so I substituted jicama, which turned out really well. Thanks Anne!!!! "
"I saw this on the show today and just had to try it. It is awesome! As a substitute for the potatoes, I doubled the amount of carrots and parsnips. I also used skim milk rather than whole milk. If you use skim milk, I would recommend constantly whisking the milk mixture for 5 to 7 minutes to ensure that it thickens. Thank you Rachael!!!!"

"This is an excellent recipe. Watched this episode with my kids, who said, "Can you make this?" I made just two changes. Rather than use potatoes and green beans, I roasted one pound of carrots and one pound of parsnips. I then added them at the same time as the meatballs. Thank you Rachael! "
"The recipe is absolutely wonderful and very easy to make. According to my daughter - "The best cheddar broccoli soup that I have ever tasted". According to son - "It is creamy, crunchy, smooth - three of my favorite things." We doubled the recipe and look forward to leftovers for the rest of the week. "
"I made this recipe for a dinner party this evening. Given the number of people, I doubled the recipe, but rather that using twice as much broccoli, I use 2 pounds of cauliflower. Like others who reviewed this recipe, I used skim milk for the sauce and it still turned out very creamy. Also used cheddar cheese and a white cheese from our local far"
