"This is the first of Bobby's recipes that I have made. It is awesome! Two small changes - (1 I toasted the baguette in the toaster oven; and (2 I only used shredded Gruyere cheese. I will be making this recipe again and again. Thanks Bobby! "

"I saw this on the show today and just had to try it. It is awesome! As a substitute for the potatoes, I doubled the amount of carrots and parsnips. I also used skim milk rather than whole milk. If you use skim milk, I would recommend constantly whisking the milk mixture for 5 to 7 minutes to ensure that it thickens. Thank you Rachael!!!!"

Next time, I would use three eggplants and cut them a little thicker than what was demonstrated on today's show. "This recipe is wonderful. Made a couple changes to make it slightly more healthy. I used fat-free half and half and substituted fat-free evaporated milk for heavy cream. The bisque was still very creamy. Also, because of the amount of wine in the recipe, I simmered for 20 minutes rather than 5 minutes at the end. As noted by another reviewer,"
