"My mom made this for dinner tonight and it was sooo good! She only made a couple of changes - she substituted kale for spinach (b/c she and my husband don't care for spinach) and Canadian Bacon instead of regular bacon! We will definitely be making this again...and can't wait for leftovers tomorrow :)"
"Very simple, versatile recipe. My friend was having a luau themed party and I saw this episode just in time! I used 1 cup of pineapple juice and zested a big orange. After the curd cooled in the fridge, I put it in pre-made mini phyllo cups and placed a small slice of fruit on top using strawberries, kiwis and mandarin oranges. A nice, light treat"
