"I don't understand the mediocre reviews, possibly a difference in radishes, olive oils and ovens. I just made this recipe and I absolutely love it. The roasting gave the radishes a wonderful potato/turnip flavor. As with Mikki729, I added onion for extra sweetness. I will definitely make this again. Well done Melissa. : "
"The flavor was good but it was extremely dry. The recipe calls for 1/4 beef broth. I actually used 1 cup broth and it still came out too dry. I will make it again but will do some serious tweaking to this recipe."
"Agree with "Mommie" completely. This wonderful mac-n-cheese recipe takes no longer to make than boxed mac-n-cheese but the difference is unbelievable. I do change up the cheese a bit, not a huge fan of just using sharp cheddar. I like to use a little sharp cheddar and mix it with mild cheddar, Gruyere or CoJack. If you love mac-n-cheese, try this"

"If I could give this recipe a letter grade it would definitely be an F. The recipe is too vague. What are the best potatoes to use? How much oil? High heat? Medium-High? Most of the tots fell apart. Those that partially remained intact were still too soft to be called tater tots. I won't try this recipe again."
"Didn't make the sandwich, just the spread. It's excellent with crackers and veggies!"
"Great recipe. A little challenging to make but worth it."
