“Absolutely loved my banana leaf wrapped pork tamale...so full of flavor and the meat was so tasty. The salsa was fresh and phenomenal with the homemade chips, Loved the fresh melted queso as well. Had the black beans and thought they were good, not overcooked. Rice was good as well. I will definitely be back ”
"Actually went to the restaurant in Indiana and it was the best dish I have eaten. The staff and the owners both interacted with us and were wonderful. They are expanding their restaurant and are having a grand opening in June. I will be there for another round of this dish. Yum"
"I followed the recipe exactly and cooked it for double the time. It was soupy and the crust on the bottom wasn't done. Why is it soupy. It was like I poured cream over the pie inside. It never thickened at all. Very disappointed"
