I LOVE FRENCH ONION SOUP, BUT THE VARIATIONS JAMIE HAS INTRODUCED, I BELIEVE IT WILL BE A VERY WELCOME CHANGE/VARIATION FRON THE TRIED AND TRUE FRENCH. "If you read carefully, the recipe starts w/"Heat the Broiler" Then, without saying anything else about "the broiler" it asks you to go to "medium high heat"
