I am a sucker for sweets, but I mostly eat raw, super-healthy meals that are quick to make. I know what ingredients I want to use and make them work. I'm also VERY open and adventurous when it comes to trying/preparing new recipes. I will always hesitiate to add salt to anything! That's just an example of how I think culinarily. I'm also a vegetarian because it's just too true that if slaughter houses had glass walls, we'd all think more about what's on our plates. I rarely eat packaged foods and never buy unorganic produce/etc. If we don't buy it they can't ruin our earth and soil making it. *Mother nature's a B*tch, don't P*ss her off! lol ...I wish most people would give a crap and use their brain when shopping.
PS. Food is Medicine! Not pills! Your doctor is a salesman hoping you'll stay sick so they can stay rich.
