"This was the first cheesecake I've ever made and I'm not sure that the cooking time was correct. Mine jiggled a lot so I left it in the oven for an additional 45 minutes and it still jiggled, although it didn't crack. It would have been helpful to SEE what the cheesecake should have looked like when it came out the oven.
Tasted good though :
