"This is one of my favorite do-to dinner recipes. My brother is a VERY picky eater, but he goes crazy for this dish! The only change I have made to this recipe is using either rice or chickpea flour for the dusting as we eat gluten free in my house. "
"I very much enjoyed this recipe. I used chickpea flour instead of regular flour as I have a gluten allergy, but the flavors all balanced out very nicely! I was not a fan of the arugula, as I do not like warm arugula, but I found it made a wonderful side green to go with it. ""
"I love this recipe. I use a gluten free pie crust from the store, and the filling is fantastic with it!!! :) I've made this pie 5 times in the past month!""
"Since gluten free is a big thing in our family, this stuffing has become the staple of our holiday meals. It's very easy to make, and insanely tasty. Everyone in the family, even the ones who are not on a gluten free diet, adore this dish!"
"This is a fantastic recipe! I live a gluten free lifestyle, so I used a gluten free sausage, and this was a tasty appetizer to serve and all of my friends enjoyed it! "
"I adore this stuffing because I can use gluten-free cornbread as part of my gluten free thanksgivings and other dinners where we want stuffing. It was great because the people in my family who didn't have a gluten allergy even loved it!
"I LOVE these cookies. I have played around with it a bit and I have found that if someone you are baking it for does not care for pecans(such as my brother), toasted walnuts work very well as a substitution. :)
"This was a wonderful dinner, and I love the combination of sweet and savory throughout the entire meal. Definitely going to be added to some of my favorite fall recipes.
