"We made this the same day we saw the show. We found a USDA Prime piece of meat, which was worth the price. This was the best piece of meat I have ever made and one of the top 5 I have ever eaten! The recipe was easy, flavors perfect. I added a drizzle of olive oil before cooking. Awesome!!"
"Great wings, texture is awesome, flavor great as well. We did thighs, too, they probably need to steam a little bit longer. It is time consuming but not time intensive, easy to make during the pregame shows without missing any of the program."
"What a great, classic dish. I made this for the first time yesterday, but will make it many times again in the future. I waited until the last minute to add the lemon juice which I think helped keep it bright. We served it with sauted yellow and zucchini squash which made a great combination. This was a wonderful hot weather dish, but I think it "
"This was so easy and very tasty. I used Jack Stack BBQ seasoning, and cooked the pork in the dutch oven I used to brown it in the oven at 260 for 7 hours. It was perfect.Next time I am going to add a jalapeno and a little garlic to the pot."
"This recipe tasted great! We used a beautiful chuck roast, it was cooked through using the recipe as written, The sauce was a little thin, but the flavor is perfect. My wife and I decided that egg noodles are difficult to get on the fork. I will definitely make this again, will probably use bowtie pasta. 5 star flavor! Perfectly balanced.""
"I actually enjoyed using the dried chilies. It was the first time I had done so and it turned out great. The flavor of this dish is so deep, not too hot. My wife, who had previously refused to even try huevos rancheros, also loved this. A great recipe!"
