"Loved the flavors and texture of this. Never used savoy cabbage before and looking at all the spices in the recipe had my doubts. Was pleasantly surprised with my first bite and couldn't stop eating. The juice of 4 oranges as in the recipe is way too much for me and will probably only at 2-3 next time. "The flavor of this is excellent. It took longer than I thought it would to get it all together and cooking, but was worth the wait. The only difference I made was to use all thighs and I didn't have a skillet big enough to put them all into, so used a pot instead which made the cooking time longer.
