“I used a 3.5 roast & cooked it in a metal pan. I cooked it at the same temp. & time used for a 5 lb roast. The meat came out great--fall apart tender & flavorful. However, & the reason for the 4 stars: the gravy I made from the drippings was awful. I'd thought better of it before making the gravy with the vinegar base but made it... ”
"This was really good! I thought it might be a little bland, but it was great. Even my husband loved it & he's pretty picky.
